With Two-Factor Authentication
At GotSport we value the privacy & security of our users and that’s why we’re encouraging all Organizations activate Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for their administrative users, so they can add an additional layer of protection and keep their accounts even safer!
What is 2FA?
2FA adds an extra security layer by requiring additional authentication beyond your username and password. For GotSport that means you will need your login credentials and a one-time passcode to log in to your account. This passcode is sent via email.

- Confidence in Security: Peace of mind knowing your account is well-guarded.
Administrative user security recommendations:
- Activate 2FA for your administrative users.
- Periodically review who has administrative access.
- Ensure that your account has a designated Primary Contact.
- Ensure access levels are appropriate for each user’s role.
How to enable 2FA for Admins:
- Navigate to Account Settings, Edit Organization.
- Click on the “2FA Options.”
- Select the interval for how often a new 2FA code will be required.
- Select “Save.”
