Program Registration Flags

GotSport is excited to announce enhanced tools designed to help club administrators more efficiently manage player registrations and roster building.
The latest update introduces powerful new “Program Registration Flags” available within:
- Program Registration
- Club Management *New
- Roster Builder *New
Why It Matters:
Registration Flags empower clubs to easily segment and identify players based on registration responses, payment plan status, or other defined criteria. This allows club admins to streamline roster assignments and ensuring player eligibility with fewer manual steps.
For example, administrators can quickly filter for players who answered a specific form question or completed a payment plan requirement—making roster assignments faster and ensuring eligibility checks are completed with ease.
What’s New:
Use Registration Flags to Find Players in Club Management
Navigate to Club Management → Players, select the relevant Player Program, and apply a “Registration Flags” filter to view players whose registrations have been tagged with specific flags.
Use Registration Flags to Find Players in Roster Builder
Within Club Management → Roster Builder, select an event, choose the relevant Player Program filter, and add the “Registration Flags” filter to view players flagged for that event roster.
Tips for Club Admins:
- Always select the Player Program filter first before accessing Registration Flags—otherwise the flag option will not appear.
- Use this feature to build more efficient rosters by filtering early for flagged players, allowing staff to focus on selection and reduce manual work.
- Combine Registration Flags with other filters (such as form questions or payment status) to create customized player lists for events or team assignments.
