How It Works

What’s Covered
- Season-ending injuries — on or off the field
- Season-ending illness — preventing the athlete from finishing the season
- Short-term injuries and illnesses — keeping the athlete from participating temporarily
- Job loss or relocation — when a parent is unexpectedly let go or relocated for work
- Active military duty — when a parent is called to duty or reassigned
What’s Not Covered
Pre-existing medical conditions from the past 90 days, personal schedule conflicts, and coach or team conflicts are not eligible for coverage.
