How Does It Work?
When a Tournament enables Team Insurance you will see an option to add Team Coverage Insurance to your cart when registering for the event. This insurance protects your team’s registration fees based on games played versus games guaranteed. If the tournament is forced to fully or partially cancel and your team doesn’t play the number of games guaranteed, your team is reimbursed the unused portion of your registration fee.

Unpredictable weather doesn’t have to leave your team guessing. Whether it’s rain, snow, extreme heat, or any unsafe playing conditions, this insurance has your back. If games get canceled, your fees are covered!

- Insurance only available if Tournament enables it.

- Rates: 10% for outdoor events, 5% for indoor events.
- 100% coverage of the non-refundable entry fee.

Turning insurance on for teams who register to your event(s) is easy! It’s located on the main setup page of your event.
Club Admin, Coaches & Managers:
For events with activated insurance, when the coach or manager adds the team registration to the cart, they’ll have the option to either opt in and pay for the insurance or skip it. After making that choice, they can enter payment details and complete the registration.
