GotSport’s new feature allows Club Administrators to send personalized email offers, so parents and guardians know exactly which player is being invited to which team, ensuring clarity and reduces confusion.
Once the email is received, a decision can be made with just one click of a button. The invitation can be accepted immediately, and the best part is that the player is directed to register without the hassle of logging in. This feature significantly enhances the user experience and ensures quick and easy registration.
Efficient Tracking and Oversight for Club Administrators
Clubs now have excellent oversight into the invitation/registration process. Player invitations can be tracked through every step of the process, from the initial send to the completion of the program registration and everything in between.
A wide variety of filters, exports, and details can be used to manage the complete process. This level of tracking and oversight ensures that Club Administrators can monitor the progress of each invitation and make informed decisions based on real-time data.
Customize Invites and add Expiration Dates
Invitations can be sent with a custom expiration date, so decisions can be made on time. Default or custom email text can be utilized to personalize the invitation to the team, including the player’s full name, complete team name, and the registration program name.
Hyperlinks, HTML source code, and other editor tools are also available so clubs can give their invitations a professional look and feel. This level of customization ensures that invitation reflects the club’s branding, and provides a polished and professional appearance.
