1.       The reason this is happening is that your cookies are either turned off or are too restrictive.

2.       To fix this you will need to edit your browser settings in internet options under the privacy tab with the advanced button.

3.       Once you have clicked on advanced you will need to make sure that you have the always allow session cookies checked this will resolve the issue.
